An all metal bridge was the main focus for this piece. I first decided to use two perspectives that were in the center because it allowed me to make the bridge proportional and look correct. I purposely only used ink in the main area because it is the center of attention and it draws the viewer in. The rest of the piece is lightly used watercolor. I did not want a detailed background to go against the bridge. I wanted to follow my style which is making things clean and simple. I used a thicker pen for some areas to make the bridge less flat. The bridge in this piece was apart of my concentration because it is in the park I used to spend my time as a child in and I would pass through it almost everyday.
