1. At the beginning of the class I said art is anything that people materialize but later on I said it is a creative outlit for people to express themselves and their ideas. Both of these are similar because they deal with creation. They are different though because later on I said it is expression which can be different things. For this I did a hand with David Bowie's face because it expresses my liking for him.
2. At the beginning of the class I said observation is important for details and proportion. Later in the year I said it is important because you need to know the placement and what things look like. Both of these answers are similar because you need a visual take on things to know what things should be like. For this I did a drawing of a house which needed heavy observation because architecture can be quite tricky.
3. At the beginning if class I said there is a gray area when it comes to plagiarism because you don't have to copy things exactly. At the end of the semester I said the same thing because you can change things up. I chose to do a painting of horizon milk shaking aka milk shake. I copied the graphics but u drew faces and arms and them in a position for dancing.
4. At the beginning of the semester I answered a question dealing with problems that artists can encounter. I said they can be criticism, high expectations, and malfunctions of materials. At the end of the semester I said the problems can be the same things and a lack of skills. I copied a Monet painting using melted crayons. My problem was the lack of skills with this medium.
